Meet Kevin Mifsud, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 & 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗸.
Kevin's passion for the kitchen was ignited by his grandfather, a naval chef who instilled in him a lifelong love for culinary exploration. From a young age, Kevin found endless satisfaction in the kitchen's creative playground, constantly pushing boundaries with new ingredients, techniques, and ideas, crafting each dish into a masterpiece.
At Fire & Fork, Kevin's menu reflects his commitment to sourcing the freshest local, organic ingredients. Whether it's the succulent sizzle of a perfectly cooked steak or the delicate flavors of his signature dishes, every bite is an experience to savor.
